In 1967,Harlan moved to its present location with over 280,000 square feet of space. Harlan designed its first towing tractor. After extensive designing prototype documentation, development and testing, assembly production began in 1968. Production has been 100% since the introduction of the Harlan towing tractor.

Over the years, Harlan has made significant contributions towards advancing the quality of its production. Harlan’s machining centers and design centers use some of the most state-of-the-art equipment in the world. With the addition of this equipment, Harlan expanded into the OEM business in 1990, manufacturing original parts for other manufacturers.
